Welcome to Haraki. The fishing village which developed into the only organised settlement of the island by the sea, and into one of the most attractive destinations for the visitor to Rhodes. Built along the namesake beach, with the medieval castle of “Feraklos” in the background, it constitutes the beginning point of a natural, 5.000 metres long beach, at the end of which lies the famous village of Lindos with its historic castle.

It is located at the eastern part of the island, within a distance of 38 km from the city of Rhodes (half an hour by car, following the Rhodes-Lindos national road). The visitor can reach Haraki using the regular bus service or a taxi. They can also rent a car or a motorbike at the local rent-a-car agencies.



Nearby beaches such as "Kokkini Ammos" and "Aghia Agathi", with their shallow and crystal clear waters compose a landscape that offers serenity and relaxation.

In the traditional restaurants you can try the healthy traditional Greek cuisine and then enjoy your drink or coffee at the cafes by the sea. The geographic location of the settlement is ideal for daily excursions to other parts of the island. Setting off from Haraki you can also go on a one-day excursion by boat to Lindos and other nearby localities.
